CJ Johnson

CJ Johnson grew up in the vineyard region of northern California. Educated as a scientist and economist was his passport to world travel--Africa, Asia, South America, South Pacific and Australia. He has found beauty and memorable spots whenever he has paused to allow his senses to absorb the sights, sounds and tastes. His passion for global adventures and writing has allowed him to craft stories wrapped around his travel experiences, from Tibet to the Serengeti Plains of Africa. He believes the elixir to the most memorable travel experiences is a romantic partner; therefore, his writings include meaningful romances and conflicts to test the limits of love and commitment. His first novel, Reunion Promise, fuses fragments of his work in African diamonds with a coming-of-age romance and an unkept promise. His second novel, Romancing Waikiki, contains a collection of twenty-one evocative love stories set in Waikiki Beach. In addition to writing, his hobbies include reading fiction and nonfiction, swimming, walking and hiking, dabbling in art, and meeting visitors to Hawaii. He resides in Waikiki where he can be found most mornings writing in local coffeehouses.
